We are looking for a trainee to be part of our super Sales and Account Management team!
This 3 to 6 months internship is the ideal opportunity to gain rapid experience in the field of International Sales and Account Management.
Who we are:
Based in Paris, we manage holiday rentals all over the world. With a multilingual team of tourism professionals, we offer to all homeowners a revenue service that optimizes reservations by multiplying the exposure of the properties on many large online distribution sites such as Booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway... We also provide customized expertise on a pricing strategy that will enhance bookings.
Your missions will have a direct impact on the development and growth of the start-up at national and international level!
Your missions:
As a Sales and Account Manager you are responsible for your own portfolio and in charge of maximizing the performances and revenue of your properties.
- You identify potential partner properties
- You qualify prospects and sell the benefits of Homerez
- You identify opportunities and manage objectives
- You sign the best deals with high potential properties
- You animate your portfolio of B2C customers
- You Implement a pricing and availability strategy
- You are the central and main contact point of your customers for all questions
- You develop the profitability of existing customers by identifying areas for improvement.
- You plan and monitor your clients’ performance
- You train homeowners on how to use Homerez’s extranet
- You follow up on conversion and evaluate KPIs
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and another language: Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian and Greek. Basic knowledge in French is a plus but not a requirement.
- You have affinity/experience within e-travel and/or travel industry
- You’re a team player, always motivated and positive!
- You are quick and resourceful, proactive, flexible and business focused
- We work in a loft-style open space in the city centre of Paris near the Opera and the Stock Exchange
- Our senior team constantly promotes training and personal development within the company

- We are transparent at Homerez with performance and goals – session & meetings every day/week/month
- We work in harmony with every department (IT, Marketing, Customer service) to create and maintain great achievements together
