Join the expansion of JJXX and JACK & JONES in France and make your mark in retail!
Our ambition: To make JJXX, our women's brand, shine and strengthen the presence of JACK & JONES, our men's brand, in the French market.
We are looking for a Buying Manager to lead product selection and define the concepts of our two brands.
Your mission? Support our retail expansion in France, particularly through the opening of multi-brand stores (600 to 1,000 m²) and the retail launch of JJXX.
You will work closely with our international headquarters and report to the Retail Manager France.
You will also supervise a Buying Planner Manager.
Your daily responsibilities:
• Defining the product offering: Market analysis, trends, categories, and concepts.
• Managing purchases: Product selection per store, number of options, merchandising, and customer journey. • Order management: Tracking margins, volumes, and merchandising plans.
• Performance analysis & monitoring: Product performance, restocking strategies, and corrective actions.
• NOOS (Never Out of Stock) management: Planning and anticipating seasonal needs.
• Commercial strategy: Margin control, managing old stock, and targeted promotions.
• Supporting store openings: Defining product assortments and developing the marketing plan.
• Field visits: Competitive analysis, feedback collection, and recommendations for future seasons.
Your profile:
• Strong experience in women's fashion, ideally in a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English (essential to operate in an international environment).
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Dynamism, perseverance, and autonomy are your strengths.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: You enjoy teamwork and building relationships.
