<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>As part of the Value-Added network Product team, the purpose of the role is to manage Build & Support team ensuring high quality of service for all the Products part of the Product Line and achieving their strategic technical, financial and customer satisfaction objectives. This position will shape the strategy of the Products in line with the Group strategic plans and manage the performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.</p>
<p>As a Team Manager you will be a key member of the Product Line Management team and will be managing on premise and Cloud Network Products. <br>You will also play a key role, together with the Product Owners in providing detailed technical information to our partners, Opco’s, Markets, customers, and internal GO teams. Together with your team, you will concentrate on Operational topics, projects, life cycle, support for pre-sales activities, working with key accounts and field teams, responding to solution engineer’s inquiries, and assisting in Customer Proof of Concept trials.</p>
<p>The individual must be a highly motivated self-starter, well organized able to work independently, and identify needs within the organization and address them as needed.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>End to end responsible for the Quality Of Service delivered on your Products</li>
<li>Financial monitoring, budget control, budget reservation of your product</li>
<li>Resource management of the team</li>
<li>FTE and non-FTE budget management</li>
<li>Define Product strategy with CTO and Cyber Defense</li>
<li>Vendor management</li>
<li>Close collaboration with Technical Office, Design & Support Team, Network Operations, Service Management and Global Service Operation</li>
<li>Deliver technical presentations to customers, partners, internal sales and other GO teams</li>
<li>Spend time with customers gathering feedback and then inject that feedback into the life cycle of the Product</li>
<li>Analyze and understand market trends and the customer needs (in collaboration with PO and CTO)</li>
<li>Responsible for Standard Work Requests on your product (definition, process, execution, monitoring, … )</li>
<li>In collaboration with the Design & Engineering:
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the management of partnerships and supplier relationships</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the cost structure related to the Product-Line products</li>
<li>Product Roadmap/ Life Cycle Management / Performance</li>
<li>Develop and manage the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle from conception to retirement, covering the quote to bill chain on ordering, installation, field services, management, monitoring, support, and billing</li>
<li>Track the product(s) P&L revenue new business and profitability including competitive pricing of the product(s) in the marketplace to achieve desired sales volumes/optimized profit</li>
<li>Product Marketing/Value Proposition/Market Intelligence</li>
<li>Define and develop the product value proposition</li>
<li>Product Pricing Strategy</li>
<li>Define a pricing strategy for the product(s)</li>
<li>Ensure that key players understand the pricing strategy and apply it</li>
<li>Product Management Practice</li>
<li>Ensure communication of the project plans progress tracking' to all relevant parties.</li>
<li>Comply with Product Management procedures and best practice</li>

<p><strong>Key skills and Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years of team management</li>
<li>Experience in working in Global team</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li>
<li>Team motivator and builder. Giving strategic directions to the team and being able to implement, execute, …</li>
<li>Experience in Lean and Agile Management</li>
<li>Technologies: General knowledge of Network technologies.</li>
